Mental Health Services
Mental health services that meet people where they are.
At Salus, our mental health services provide individualized, community-based support that helps people build stability, strengthen confidence, and navigate life on their own terms.
Our services work closely alongside housing, ensuring individuals have the support they need to maintain stability in their homes and in the community.
We collaborate with healthcare providers and community partners to deliver coordinated, person-centred care. For many, this support becomes a steady presence that helps them navigate challenges and build toward a more stable future.
Case Management
Case management provides individualized guidance to help people navigate daily life, access services, and work toward personal goals.
We provide case management to clients living in Salus buildings and to clients living in the community or other independent housing.
Support may include:
- Goal setting and planning
- Connecting to healthcare and community services
- Navigating systems and resources
- Regular check-ins and ongoing support
Case managers work alongside individuals over time, providing consistent support as needs and goals evolve, often becoming a steady, familiar presence as people navigate day-to-day challenges.
“Sometimes progress starts with something small: keeping an appointment, building a routine, reaching out for support. Over time, those small steps can become real stability.”
— Salus Case Manager
